About Us

Ethan is passionate about helping people get clarity and confidence as they work with DI Products. Ethan loves college football and being the dad of four kids under six. He is always reading a good book and loves sharing recommendations! What he loves most about his role as Training Manager is working with a talented team to prepare our Dealer Partners and their OEMs for Modern Retailing success.

Zandra, the resident expert on Website and Conversations Trainings, was a professional wardrobe stylist before joining the team as a Trainer. As an animal lover, she hopes one day to open an animal sanctuary, but currently enjoys her role as she gets to help people grow their knowledge and feel more confident in the tasks they seek to accomplish. In her role, she enjoys getting to experience something new every day, while constantly growing and learning alongside an amazing team!

Katie has had many roles at Dealer Inspire, the most recent one being Trainer! Specializing in training on Online Shopper, Automatic, Website Platform, and Site Builder, Katie is a “Jill of all trades”. Katie enjoys meeting and interacting with so many incredible people on a daily basis, whether that be with the dealers she trains or her fellow teammates! She especially loves seeing the lightbulb go off when training someone.

A former high school German teacher, Emily is one of our Trainers on the team. She is currently working towards her MBA at Purdue University, and would love to train a fellow Boilermaker one day! Her specialty is training on Conversations, our advanced messaging platform. What Emily enjoys most about working on the Training Team is the ability to collaborate with some really amazing people and getting to create on a daily basis!

Lisa is an Associate Trainer, assisting in content, design, editing, and administrative support for the team. She graduated from Lee University with a BA in English with an emphasis in Writing. Lisa enjoys the collaborative nature of her team, and Dealer Inspire as a whole, as well as learning from others and meeting new challengers. Her goal is to be an ally for the team and clients by being innovative and ahead of the curve on the development of new tools, tactics, and training sessions.

As the Senior Trainer on the team, Dave draws on his previous experience with the Support Team as a specialist in training on the website platform, Online Shopper, Salesforce, and the Lightning feature and its functions. Dave enjoys the camaraderie on the team, as well as tackling large projects for the company, especially if it means collaborating with other teams. He loves seeing the impact that initiatives have on the company as a whole.

Jason is a former teacher and IT professional turned self-taught Full-Stack Developer! He enjoys bike riding, building computers, and playing video games. As the Full Stack Developer for the Training Team, Jason sees his specialty in… programming! In his role, he loves that there is always something new to learn.
