As you take your journey with Dealer Inspire, you will come across a variety of teams that all work together to bring you the best possible service. Here is each team you may work with and your best point of contact for your needs or questions. We want to make sure you get to the right person–the first time–so you get the quickest resolution to your request.

 


Phase 1 – Your Regional Sales Executive

This is who you will work with during the sales process. They’ll help you make the best decision for your dealership. Once you’ve signed on the dotted line, you move on to the next most exciting phase–your site build! That is handled by…

 


Phase 2 – Your Project Management Team

You and your Project Management team will become the best of friends before your site is launched. They will help you with ensuring your site meets all of your expectations. From the design of the first pixel to its launch, they will be with you every step of the way. And because we want to make sure you are totally in love with your new site, they will stay with you a full week after your site launches in case you have any last minute tweaks after seeing it live on the interwebs. Phase 3 – Your Personal Trainer

We take training seriously here at Dealer Inspire. We don’t want to be the only geniuses behind our platform. Before your site launches, you will be contacted by one of our Trainers so that you and your team can get a deep dive into our platform and tools. We cover all aspects of the website platform, like how to access your sites analytics, editing pages, adding specials, or using our advanced Personalization & Geofencing tools*. If it is product training you are looking for, our Trainers can also walk you through tools like Conversations and Online Shopper to get your team set up for success.  Before you know it, you’ll be a DI pro!

We don’t want you to just know how to use the tools at hand. We want you to maximize all that your sites and products have to offer. That’s where our next team comes in…Client Services.

Phase 4 – Performance Management

The sole purpose of our Performance Management team is to make sure you are getting maximum performance out of your Dealer Inspire website. Many of them have real world dealership experience which they rely on to help your epic new website to succeed. You will be assigned one of our Performance Managers not long after your site goes live.
 


Phase 5 – Solution Engineering

We hope you don’t ever have to get this far down the line. But if you do, we are here for you every step of the way. Our Solution Engineering team is fully versed in all things DI. They are here to help solve your tech woes whether it’s your website, Conversations, Online Shopper, and beyond. If something isn’t working as you’d expect, reach out to the appropriate Solutions team and we’ll get it handled for you.
