WordPress Multilingual Plugin (WPML) is used on sites that have more than one language. Ex. English/Spanish or English/French. If your site is not multilingual and you are interested in using this tool please reach out to our Solutions Engineering team.
1. ADD A NEW STAFF MEMBER
Enter staff member’s first name, last name, title and department. Phone number, email and biography fields are optional. Optimal staff image size is no smaller than 356px x 356px for a clear image.
2. PUBLISH YOUR STAFF MEMBER
3. CLICK “+” TO ADD THE STAFF MEMBER TO YOUR SECONDARY LANGUAGE STAFF PAGE
To create your identical staff member for your secondary language, click on the blue “+” button underneath “Translate.”
4. CHECK & ADD ALL INFORMATION
The WPML plug-in will copy over first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Be sure to add in the staff photo and select their respective department in the drop down menu.
5. PUBLISH YOUR STAFF MEMBER
How to Delete a Staff Member
1. CLICK ON “ALL STAFF”
2. SEARCH FOR THE STAFF MEMBER IN “ALL LANGUAGES”
3. BULK DELETE
Check off both entries and select “Move to Trash” from the drop down menu. Then hit “Apply.”
